Often we get into a mindset of defeat, thinking we have done enough. It's never enough until you have reached your goal. Henry Ford quoted saying " Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right." This is an excellent example of the power of your mindset, believe in things that will empower you. Believe that you can and will, then watch the manifestation process take flight. The mindset of you taking the action to progress towards your goal is progression itself. Free yourself from mental bondage, rise up from mental anguish and step forward into the positive mindset needed for success.
Failure Will Empower You
Society has created a world where failure is feared so much, that you would rather not try than to try and fail. Newsflash, this is the wrong way to go about it. This is the wrong way to go about anything in life. Failure is life greatest teacher, without failure you will have nothing to draw on, nothing to reflect on, no point of reference. Failure is usually the turning point, the catalyst needed to ignite the motivation to carry on. Failure is something you embrace, don't fear it. Steve Jobs and Bill Gates failed multiple times before succeeding just once. "Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence."
Learn To Say No
Make the best of your college experiences, but you will have to identify and address distractions. Try to identify these distractions before they become a bigger problem. You will have to say no to certain social events, you will say no to friends on a Friday night, and guess what it's part of the process. You might even have to say no to yourself, no I can't get on Instagram or Snapchat until I complete this assignment. Don't worry you will be fine, just a couple of no's a month can keep you on the straight and narrow.
