Are Carrots Natural Or Artificial?
Are you trying to make changes to your overall diet? Maybe a detox? When reading about diets the truth can get blurred in between the lines. It's always safe to do your own research, and not just what you are told. In the words of late herbalist Dr. Sebi, we should follow a more alkaline diet, acids foods are generally man made. In his lectures he says, "Our diet shouldn't be rich in starch and blood."
Dr. Sebi also stated that one should not consume carrots because they were made in a lab, and therefore not considered natural.
In doing research on carrots Dr. Sebi accusations were right, carrots were man made by a chemist in Holland who made a cross-hybrid between the yarrow root and wild carrot. We won't get into the depth of why, but essentially it appears it was in an act of patriotism crossing the purple and yellow varieties, making Holland the premier carrot-breeding country. However, one truth is evident. Orange carrots are not a naturally occurring phenomena. While it is true that farmers, horticulturists and seeds men have manipulated food production throughout history, orange carrots are a species that looks drastically different from its original skinny, purple ancestor.
Will this change your diet? Do you care if your fruits/vegetables are naturally or man-made?
